This teaching area focuses on digital design and production processes, including 3D scanning, CAD/CAM, modelling and visualisation. Through project-based formats, students explore the relationship between physical objects and digital transformation, moving between analogue and virtual environments to develop new forms, narratives and design approaches.
Experimentation, material understanding and iterative processes play a central role throughout the courses, encouraging students to use digital technologies not only as technical tools, but as part of a broader contemporary design practice.
